Parish Easter Scavenger Hunt - Easter Sunday 20th April

Easter Sunday, 20th April 11:30am - 1:30pm in the Jubilee Room, St Joseph's Church

We would love this to be an opportunity for all of the children within the parish to come together to celebrate Easter. Those who attend Mass at St Godric's, St Joseph's or those who don't usually attend either are welcome to come with their families and spend a couple of hours having fun, eating cake, making friends and celebrating the special day together. Please RSVP to stjosephsinternationalgroup@gmail.com Please could any cake donations be brought to St Joseph's church on Easter Saturday or Easter Sunday either before or after Mass.

Altar Servers

All current altar servers, and children interested in becoming altar servers (mainly children in years 5 and 6 who have received their first holy communion, and those in year 4 who will be receiving it this year) are invited to learn about the role.

We'll have a chat to learn about what it means, what it involves and will practice in church.

Pizza will be served afterwards!

Lego Prayer Station St Joseph's

There is a Lego prayer station set up in the porch of St Joseph’s Church. All our children and young people (and young at heart!) are invited to place a brick of Lego on the baseboard as they pray for their intention. Please do not remove other bricks as these are someone's prayers. If you wish you can write your name or your intention on the sheet next to it so others can join you in praying. Let’s see what we build together as we talk to God.
