Durham Martyrs Walking Group – February 2022

Our next walk will be the Frankland Circular Walk on Saturday 19th February, meeting at the Penny Ferry Bridge (opposite the Radisson Hotel, Frankland Lane), setting off at 10am.

Parking is available along the riverside at 30p per half hour.

This is a beautiful peaceful walk through countryside and woodland then circling Brasside Ponds before and returning via Low Newton Nature Reserve. The walk is 5 miles long, mainly on good footpaths but there are a few muddy areas so boots are recommended.

Please let Marjorie know if you plan to attend so that we know who to expect.
