Easter Services

Due to the continuing COVID risk, Easter services will be in a simple shorter format again this year. The weekend Masses for Palm, or Passion Sunday will be as usual, and there will be palm crosses for you but there will be no procession and no blessing of the congregation with holy water. The wearing of face masks is strongly encouraged for the safety of everyone.

Unfortunately, this means there will be

• No washing of feet on Holy Thursday

• No watching at the Altar of Repose on Holy Thursday

• No kissing of the cross on Good Friday

• No candles for the congregation on Holy Saturday

• No blessing of the congregation with holy water on Easter Sunday

• No candles for the congregation on Easter Sunday

Easter Services:

Holy Thursday 14 April 7pm St. Godric’s

Good Friday 15 April 3pm St. Joseph’s

Holy Saturday 16 April 7pm St. Leonard’s School

Easter Sunday 17 April 10am St. Leonard’s School
