Thought from Fr. Colm - 18/06/21

Returning to church has been a real blessing for all of us and slowly we take tentative steps towards getting back to some normality. For many of us it’s the opportunity to sit in silence for Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament, or just immerse ourselves in the quiet reflection in church before Mass. I think the soul desperately needs the solitude that church affords us.

To be with others who have that same need is also very supportive.

“Let silence take you to the core of life.” Rumi.

We continue with our First Communions this weekend. Different settings than before, but so so powerful. We keep all our First Communicants in our prayers.
