Thought from Fr. Colm - 29th April 2022

Easter was a cause for joy in so many ways. Yes, we are meant to be a people of hope, especially in these uncertain times, and everything about our Easter Services this year had poignancy, depth and joy. Holy Thursday never fails to touch. Good Friday drew a very large congregation. The Easter Vigil and Easter Sunday at St. Leonard’s was special. It was especially uplifting to see the number of young families again. Special thanks to Mr. Hammill and St. Leonard’s staff for being so welcoming. Well done to our parish team for organising, and to our excellent musicians. “The things you do for yourself are gone when you are gone. The things you do for others remain as your legacy.” Kalu Ndukwe Kalu
